Privacy Policy

Yourprivacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or make contact, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish data protection law.

Data controller

Nynne Glahn is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Copenhagen Contemporary Art, Denmark
Email: nynne.glahn@gmail.com

Personal data and purposes

When you make contact by email or message, the name, email address and any information you provide are processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — such as which pages are visited and how often — are collected from the start of your visit to understand how the website is used and to improve it. These statistics do not identify you and are not combined with anything that would. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you decline analytics, this collection stops as well.

Subject to your consent, more detailed analytics measure how the website is navigated. This additional processing is not active before consent is given or after it is withdrawn. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which may be withdrawn at any time.

This consent-based analytics may include session recordings — a reconstruction of interactions with the website, such as page views, navigation and pointer activity, used to assess usability and improve the website. Text entered into input fields is masked and not recorded. Session recordings are likewise not made before consent is given or after it is withdrawn.

Hosting and security

Delivering the website necessarily involves the hosting provider processing technical data, such as your IP address and details of the request, in order to serve the pages, keep the website available and protect it against misuse. This is required to operate the website at all, is separate from the analytics described above, and therefore continues regardless of your analytics choice. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Essential technologies

A limited amount of information is stored in your browser to operate the website and to remember your privacy preference. This is necessary for the website to function and is not used for analytics.

Recipients

Personal data may be processed by third-party service providers acting on the controller's behalf for website hosting and, subject to your consent, analytics. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and is then deleted. Your privacy preference remains stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact nynne.glahn@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
